Dr. Alex Cheung was educated and has extensive working experience in Hong Kong, P.R. China, U.S.A. & United Kingdom. He has been awarded B.Sc., M.Sc,. M.Eng., M.B.A., Honourary Doctorate of Laws (Hon.LLD.) and Honourary Doctorate of Science (Hon.DSc.).
